This collaboration marks the fourth iteration of the two brands working on the Air Max 97, revamping the original Polar Blue colorway from 1997. The women's Nike Air Max 97 Swarovski Polar Blue is reminiscent of a disco ball, with an upper adorned in numerous Swarovski crystals. Beneath the crystals lies a grey mesh that enhances flexibility, breathability, and comfort atop the Air bubble midsole. Striking Polar Blue accents can be seen on the Swooshes located on the tongue, side panels, and outsole. The classic 360-degree Air bubble cushioning system perfectly complements the silver bullet train-inspired design. Released in March 2021 for $400, the women's Nike Air Max 97 Swarovski Polar Blue offers a luxurious take on an OG colorway. Enriched with a silver mesh upper and fused overlays, the sneaker is embellished with tiny Swarovski crystals, which adds a sparkling touch to its water ripple-inspired lines.
