Please note that Pricetags.ai is not a direct retailer – all items are sold, fulfilled, and returned through our partner retailers. 1. Return Eligibility

   • Return requests must be made within the return window stated on your order confirmation. This is typically 14–30 days from delivery, but may differ by retailer.
   • To be eligible, returned items must:
     • Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
     • Include all original packaging, labels, and tags.
   • The exact return timeframe and requirements are displayed on each product page.

2. Non-Returnable Items

   The following categories are generally not eligible for return (subject to retailer policies):

   • Personalized or custom-made items.
   • Perishable goods.
   • Underwear, swimwear, face masks, perfumes, and cosmetics.
   • Items marked Final Sale or discounted by 50% or more.
   • Shipping charges (non-refundable).
   • Some items may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the retailer.

3. Return Process

     • Order number
     • Full name
     • Date of purchase
     • Reason for return
     • Item(s) you wish to return

     Our team will guide you through the process and, where applicable, provide a return label issued by the retailer.

4. Return Shipping Costs

   • Return shipping fees depend on the retailer.
   • Some retailers cover return shipping, while others require the customer to pay.
   • For international returns, packages must be declared as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional duties or brokerage fees.

5. Refunds

   • Refunds are issued once the retailer has received and approved the returned item.
   • Processing times are typically 7–10 business days, depending on the retailer and your financial institution.
   • Refunds are always made to the original payment method.
   • If an item does not meet the retailer’s return criteria, it may be returned to you at your own expense.

6. Late Returns

   • If you miss the stated return window, please contact the retailer directly. Some may, at their discretion, offer partial refunds or store credit. Pricetags.ai cannot guarantee acceptance of late returns.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

   If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as ordered:

   • Contact the retailer immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.
   • If the retailer does not respond, Pricetags.ai support can help escalate the issue at support@pricetags.ai.

8. Marketplace Responsibility

   As a marketplace,Pricetags.ai:

   • Facilitates transactions between customers and partner retailers.
   • Provides a central platform for product discovery and purchase.
   • Assists with communication and dispute resolution, but does not control or override the return policies of individual retailers.

   • Our role is to make these policies clear and easily accessible, ensuring full compliance with Google Shopping guidelines and consumer transparency standards.
