The Jordan Brand has always drawn inspiration from the past when creating new shoe collections. The Air Jordan 1 Mid Split Black White showcases a unique aesthetic by merging the Bred (black + red) and OG Chicago colorways down the middle. This shoe features a striking black and white design, with one half of the upper displaying a white base on a black foundation, while the other half boasts a black base on a white foundation. Constructed from 100% leather, it includes nylon tongues that accentuate the split, seamlessly integrated into the Jumpman patchwork. Released on January 5, 2022, this model retailed for $110. The Women’s Air Jordan 1 Mid SE ‘Homage’ continues the split-color theme first introduced with the ‘Homage to Home’ Jordan 1 High in 2018. The tumbled leather upper showcases a white base with contrasting black overlays on one side, and a black base with white overlays on the opposite side. It features a split Jumpman tongue tag and a printed Wings logo on the lateral collar flap. The mid-top is supported by traditional cupsole tooling, featuring solid white sidewalls and a black rubber outsole.
