Released in 2006, the Air Jordan 21 has different design inspirations. DNA strands inform the outsole, with a helix-woven design. The upper has a nod to Michael Jordan’s Bentley Continental GT with sleek and powerful lines. The sneaker boasts a white full-grain leather upper with black mesh paneling on the side panel and University Red accents on the eyelets, heel, and lining. The high top also boasts a double-overlasted Phylon midsole with improved Independent Podular Suspension (IPS) technology and a carbon fiber shank plate.
