The adidas LXCON Cloud White Active Blue is a running shoe inspired by the 90s running style with a unique shape. This version of the adidas LXCON has a white knit upper with panels attached by black decorative stitching. Active Blue classic adidas stripes run down from the laces on each side, while TPU piping runs from the heel to the toe. Grey supports are seen on each side of the heel, while the back of the heel features a pull tab. Branding can also be found on the tongue, and the shoe has a chunky white midsole with Adiprene cushioning under the heel. The shoe has a black and white outsole. What we like best about this shoe is the black stitching that serves its function and adds a bit of contrast to the white upper. The adidas LXCON Cloud White Active Blue was released on February 2, 2019, for $120. The LXCON ‘White Blue’ takes inspiration from adidas’ Lexicon runner from 1994. This modern-day interpretation of the vintage silhouette sports a breathable knit upper in white, contrasted by woven Active Blue Three-Stripes that are integrated into the TPU cables that form the shoe’s unique lacing system. A high-profile midsole with Adiprene cushioning keeps the 90s aesthetic intact.
