The Jordan 5 Retro Take Flight is a special edition release that offers a premium take on the classic Air Jordan 5 silhouette. It was released as part of the 'Take Flight' Pack, which draws inspiration from military flight jackets and fighter jets. The shoe features a Sequoia Green suede upper, with a tan colored tongue and translucent Icy Blue outsole. It also has design elements inspired by military flight jackets, such as ribbed leather panels and a woven tongue label, that add to the overall aesthetic. The branding includes two Jumpman logos – one on the heel and another on the tongue. Based on the P51 flight bomber jacket, the Nike Air Jordan 5 Retro Premium 'Take Flight' features a Sequoia premium leather upper with a Vachetta Tan leather tongue and leather lace-locks.
