The Nike Air Flight Lite II Mid Olympic is a 30th anniversary re-release of Nike’s 1992 collaboration with basketball star Scottie Pippen. Featuring a colorway of red, white, and navy blue with metallic gold highlights, the upper is constructed from white leather with perforations offering ventilation and breathability. Large black swooshes decorate either side, with Nike Air branding on the back ankle in black and gold Flight branding on the black tongue. This silhouette was worn by Scottie Pippen at the Olympic Games in 1992. Its rubber sole has a built-in interior Air-sole unit. Atop the tongue, a Flight logo in gold stitching reflects the shoe’s Olympic theme, mounted on a plush Phylon midsole with encapsulated Air-sole cushioning.
