The Air Jordan 1 Retro Low White Varsity Red is a low-top version of the iconic Jordan 1 silhouette, featuring a white color scheme with Varsity Red accents. They retain the Jordan 1 signature silhouette, with stitched overlays and micro perforations on the toe box for ventilation. The sole unit also appears in white and red. A lot of the branding details are synonymous with the Jordan 1 silhouette, especially the Wings logo on the heel tab. One thing we love about the Air Jordan 1 Retro Low White Varsity Red is the use of air cushioning in the midsole to absorb impact with every stride. The shoes were initially released at the retail price of $140 on March 28, 2015. The Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG ‘Varsity Red’ released in March 2015, featuring a white leather design similar to the original low-top pair from 1985. Unlike its predecessor, the Varsity Red Swoosh doesn’t have a metallic sheen, but other details remain consistent, including the woven Nike Air tongue tag and Air Jordan ‘Wings’ logo on the red leather heel patch.
