The adidas ZX 8000 National Park Foundation Yellowstone is a collaborative sneaker that celebrates Yellowstone by reimagining a retro running silhouette with premium materials and earthy hues. The upper features a base fashioned from Cordura in a burnt orange shade, with pale tan leather overlays adorning the toe cap, vamp, eye stays, and heel. Darker tan suede hits the side panel just above the mud guard. A brown TPU heel counter adds foot stability, while yellow TPU forms the eye stays. The iconic adidas three stripes course across the side panel in black textile outlined in light blue, a color reflected in the laces as well. The pull tab at the heel, which eases on/off, features the National Park Foundation logo. The yellow midsole of EVA foam provides cushioning atop a black rubber outsole with Torsion support at the arch.
