Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG Year of the Snake

The Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG Year of the Snake is an athletic shoe whose design celebrates the Year of the Snake for the Chinese New Year in 2025. This version features a base of white leather, which forms the side panels and the toe box, designed with perforations for increased airflow. Photon Dust gray leather overlays form the mudguard, toe cap, eyestays, heel collar, and heel counter, with a slight sheen reminiscent of snakeskin. The Nike swooshes on each side are made from gray ripstop material to emulate the texture of snakeskin. A multicolor Air Jordan logo is seen on the heel, and a black logo patch is on the tongue. Our favorite detail is the ripstop Nike swooshes, which accentuate the snakeskin design. The shoe was released on January 29, 2025, retails for $160. The design also showcases a snakeskin Swoosh on the smooth leather upper, with a contrasting Photon Dust overlay. An iridescent Wings logo decorates the back tab, while a black leather Nike Air tag adorns the pale blue nylon tongue. An aged off-white finish is applied to the midsole, supported by a blue-tinged semi-translucent rubber outsole.
