Nike Air Huarache Stüssy Dark Olive

Stüssy and Nike joined forces once again to re-issue the collab that started it all, the Nike Air Huarache Stüssy Dark Olive. Originally released in 2000 as an in-store exclusive for Stüssy, the Air Huarache Dark Olive re-appeared in 2021 through Stüssy flagship stores. The Nike Air Huarache Stüssy Dark Olive features a shimmering off-white and yellow textile upper with Dark Olive nubuck overlays on the mid-foot and an off-white rubber cage cupping the heel. An elastic heel strap offers extra support and mobility. A cream foam midsole and olive outsole with encapsulated Nike Air cushioning completes this throwback design. The sneaker released in February of 2021 and retailed for $120. The 2021 edition revives a collaboration developed by Nike’s Fraser Cooke and Stussy UK’s Michael Koppleman, utilizing a white and yellow textile upper with contrasting nubuck overlays. A Nike branded strap wraps around the heel instead of a traditional heel counter, while a rubber Huarache patch in green and yellow adds a finishing touch.
