Constructed of white and Team Red smooth leather, the Nike Dunk Low Team Red is an ode to the original look of the 1985 Nike Dunk Low. Nike embroideries on the heel tab and a woven tongue label arrive in a classic fashion. From there, a white and Team Red sole completes the design. The Nike Dunk Low Team Red released in May of 2022 and retailed for $100. It was also re-released in 2023. The Nike Dunk Low ‘Team Red’ showcases OG color blocking that recalls the shoe’s introductory ‘Be True to Your School’ series from 1985. The all-leather upper pairs a white base with contrasting brick-red overlays along the forefoot, heel, and eyestay. A woven Nike tag is stitched atop a breathable nylon tongue, while a standard Nike wordmark is embroidered on the heel tab. The sneaker rests on a durable rubber cupsole, underpinned by a grippy outsole originally developed for the hardwood.
