As a rebuke to the staid notion of wearing tennis whites on the court, the adidas Stan Smith gets dressed in head-to-toe black. While the monochromatic finish is different, the design details are true to the original, including perforated three-stripes on the quarter panel, Stan Smith branding on the tongue, and a trefoil emblem on the heel tab. A final adidas logo hit adorns the sidewall of the rubber cupsole.
