The ever-iconic Chuck 70 gets a high-fashion makeover with this Undercover x Converse collaboration. The all-black canvas upper is enhanced with oversized midfoot zippers and metal ring ornaments, while an embroidered ‘NW’ patch and ‘The New Warriors’ text on the toe cap emphasize the punk-inspired look. In collaboration with Japanese designer Jun Takahashi and his edgy streetwear label, Undercover, the sneaker presents a punk-inspired twist on the classic high-top All Star. Inspired by Walter Hill’s cult film, The Warriors, this March 2019 version adopts a rugged, boot-like approach to the timeless silhouette, accentuating its all-black canvas upper with oversized midfoot zippers and metal ring ornaments. The design is reinforced with an embroidered ‘NW’ patch stitched on the lateral ankle and ‘The New Warriors’ inscribed on the rubber toe cap.
