The Air Jordan 1 Mid Reverse New Love is a rerelease of the Air Jordan 1 Old Love New Love Pack which first debuted in 2007. The shoe features a leather upper and mid-top silhouette which provides extra ankle support. It showcases a black and yellow color palette with black as the base color while yellow appears on various overlays, particularly on the collar lining, the lace eyelets, and the edge of the toe box. The shoes also retain a few signature Air Jordan 1 branding details such as the wings logo embossed around the ankle area and a yellow Jumpman on the tongue. One thing we love about the Air Jordan 1 Mid Reverse New Love is the choice of bold colors which immediately makes the shoes stand out from other colorways on the same line. The black and yellow complement each other quite well to give the shoe an appealing aesthetic. The grade school-sized shoes were released for retail in June 2018 at the price of $90. Originally released as one of two pairs in the ‘Air Jordan 1 Old Love New Love Pack’ in 2007, the Air Jordan 1 Retro Mid ‘Reverse New Love’ sneaker was back a decade later in the same black and yellow colorway as the original. The 2017 version swaps the jeweled Wings branding on the logo from the original for a modern, painted finish, with a Jumpman logo in yellow on the tongue, a clean white midsole and yellow outsole.
