The Air Jordan 6 Retro Hare was first made available as part of the catalog for grade-schoolers. The suede upper is painted a uniform shade of gray and equipped with AJ6 features, including perforated inlays, red pods, lace locks, and an expanded spoiler at the heel. A translucent rubber outsole sits on top of a two-tone midsole that features distinct True Red and white tones. The tongue and insoles of the pair of sneakers are covered in the Hare 7 design. The heel counter and sole both bear the 'Jumpman' emblem, giving it its overall look. The Air Jordan 6 Retro Hare was first released on 17 June 2020 and retailed at $140. Made for big kids, the Air Jordan 6 Retro 'Hare' borrows the OG color scheme from the Hare Jordan 7, released in 1992 to coincide with the iconic TV ad starring MJ and Bugs Bunny. The upper combines a perforated grey leather base with white leather overlays and contrasting pops of True Red on the tongue and midsole. A purple Jumpman adorns the heel, while orange and green lace locks give the nod to MJ’s carrot-chomping sidekick.
