The grade school Air Jordan 12 Retro Royalty Taxi is a revamped version of the 1996 Air Jordan 12 Taxi. Dressed in a white, black, and gold color scheme, this exceptional colorway features a white upper made of leather with black overlays and metallic gold eyelets. It also features a black tongue with an embroidered Jumpman logo, a small overlay on its lateral side with debossed Jumpman lettering, a Phylon midsole, a herringbone-tread rubber outsole for adequate grip underfoot, and a premium sockliner. Released on 13th November 2021, it retailed at $140. The Air Jordan 12 Retro Royalty delivers an elevated take on the shoe’s OG ‘Taxi’ colorway from 1996. Like the original, the mid-top features a stitched white leather upper with black lizard-textured mudguards and metallic gold eyelets. Matching gilded accents are added to the embroidered Jumpman logo atop the tongue and a small overlay on the lateral side with debossed ‘Jumpman’ lettering.
